PURPOSE:  Grants for a Club/Division/District project dealing with hearing impaired children and youth.

PRINCIPLE FUNDING:  Donations through the Bo Shafer Fellowship entitled "Bo's Buccaneers" (Buck-an-Ear) and other Foundation gifts.
